BC Ministry of Highways

• Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) of TransCanada Highway - BC Ministry of Highways, Malakwa, BC. Environmental Scientist for an EIA along Hwy 1 near the Eagle River. The investigation identified the biophysical components required by the Environmental Assessment Office and included environmental impacts and construction mitigation (Associated Environmental).

BC Ministry of Environment

• Benthic invertebrate monitoring for the BC Ministry of Environment in the Okanagan Valley, Penticton, BC. Field scientist for conducting kick net sampling of benthic invertebrates at numerous creeks and streams (BC Ministry of the Environment).

• Okanagan Large Lake Sampling for the BC Ministry of Environment, Okanagan Valley, Penticton, BC. Field scientist for limnological assessments of seven large lakes in the Okanagan Valley including conducting multi-depth water, zooplankton and phytoplankton sampling, taking dissolved oxygen readings and completing secchi disc readings (BC Ministry of the Environment).

• Shuswap Lake Sampling. Conducted monthly sampling events on Shuswap Lake to determine the quality of off-shore waters by boat, collecting field limnological data including depth profile and dissolved oxygen, and depth samples (Western Water Associates Ltd.).

• Installation of hydrometric stations on Deep Creek and Fortune Creek, Deep Creek including placing dataloggers, completing flow measurements, downloading data and completing fish salvages (BC Ministry fo the Environment).

• Project Manager and field technologist for a three year groundwater characterization study in  Spallumcheen, BC (BC Ministry of the Environment). 

Alberta Parks

• Completed a fish salvage and enumeration for Alberta Parks in Banff National by electrofishing  a 20 km creek flowing out of Lake Minnewanka in Banff, BC (Associated Environmental).

BC Parks

• Permitting, reporting, environmental monitoring for Boat Launch Construction at Fintry Provincial Park in Fintry, BC. Field Scientist and Project Manager for monitoring turbidity and regulatory compliance during installation of a boat launch and floating dock at Fintry Provincial Park on Okanagan Lake (Associated Environmental).

• Permitting, reporting, environmental monitoring and fish salvage for Boat Launch Upgrades at Mabel Lake Provincial Park (Western Water Associates Ltd).

• Environmental Impact Assessment of a proposed campground in Tweedsmuir Provincial Park in Bella Coola, BC. (Western Water Associates Ltd.).
